NO SHOW POLICY
If a client does not show for a booked appointment, they will be subject to a 50% charge for the first missed appointment, 70% for the second, and 100% for the third. If a client books an appointment and intends to use a gift certificate to pay for the appointment, and does not show for the booked appointment, the gift certificate is considered null and void.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please remember we set aside this time just for you and ask that you respect our time as we do yours. GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE AVAILABLE FOR ALL SERVICES OR FOR ANY AMOUNT AND CAN BE DELIVERED!
Gift certificates expire 6 months after purchase date.
